CA doctor sexually assaults patients under anesthesia

An anesthesiologist from a hospital in Placentia, California has been charged with sexually assaulting two female patients under his care.
Yashwant B. Giri, 58, was arrested at his home in Cypress – finally – years after the first rather egregious instance of abuse.
The Orange County Register states that “hospital employees reportedly witnessed Giri sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl in February 2009 and a 36-year-old woman March 18, 2011.”
What they don’t say at The Register is that a scrub nurse watched Giri shove his fingers inside the 16-year-old girl and reported it immediately to the hospital director (KTLA) – two years ago.
Why did this guy not get reported to the police long before he had a chance to fondle the breasts of a 36-year-old woman in March of 2011? That incident was also witnessed: “A hospital employee witnessed Giri fondling the victim’s breast continuously while the procedure was taking place” (my emphasis).
Maybe the residents of Orange County were too busy looking for gays trying to get married to each other to bother paying attention to the ugly old troll that was finger banging teenagers whom he placed under the influence of anesthesia.
Keep in mind that the traditional citizens of Orange County voted to amend the state constitution against same-sex marriage by passing Prop 8 (with 58% of the vote) in 2008.
Word of caution to potential hospital patients in Orange County: you might get your boobs squeezed constantly while you are unconscious, but at least there aren’t any faggots getting married.
